Glasses for an oblong face

An oblong face is noticeably longer than it is wide, with a long, straight cheek line. Frames balance it with depth: taller lenses and oversized and square shapes, which cover more of the face from top to bottom and break up its length.

Decorative or contrasting temples add width, which helps too. Small, shallow frames do the opposite. Not sure your face is oblong? Take a selfie in the try-on below: the face analysis tells you its shape.

Small, shallow and narrow frames, shallow wraparounds included; they leave more of the face visible above and below.

Can a selfie tell me which frames suit my face?

Yes. Take a selfie in the try-on on this page and tap "Which frames fit me best?". The AI face analysis tells you your face shape at no cost. It also picks the one frame from the gallery it would choose for you; seeing yourself in that frame is a try-on for one credit, once you have bought credits.
